RAEX (Expert RA) is the leading rating agency on the territory of Russia and CIS. It has assigned approximately 41% of ratings assigned to companies, banks, regions and etc. in Russia. Also RAEX (Expert RA) is one of the largest analytical centers in Russia and publishes 100 research works, books and directories each year.

Within a panel discussion «How you make Russia» will speak the President of «Expert RA» Dmitry Grishankov.

Mr Grishankov is at the head of an international group of rating agencies operating, apart from Russia, in Germany, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan and Belarus. Under his leadership not only universities in Russia and CIS are rated, but also different companies, banks and regions. 

He is a member of an Expert Council under the Central Bank of Russia, Industrial Production SEZ and the Advisory Council on regulatory impact assessment in the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. Dmitry Grishakov is also a member of the working groups of the Expert Board of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) and is an executive committee member of IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence. Moreover, he is the vice-president of Korea-Russia business council and CEO of the Association of rating, ranking and other assessments of the effectiveness.
