Agency for investment development of Irkutsk region was established for attracting of investments in economy of Angarski Krai and support for investment projects on “single-window” basis on all stages – from business plan till searching for financial support, land plot for localization of production and, as the result, successful project implementation.

We assist in entering into a special investment contracts and acquiring a status of the regional investment project, that fixes obligations of the investors, from the one hand, and Irkutsk region, from the other hand, regarding timeliness of implementation of the commitments and guarantee the stability of conditions.

The Agency actively collaborates with Russian export center, the Association of industrial parks, the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation, Korean international trade association and regularly participates in exhibitions, forums, business-missions for promotion of regional manufacturers to the new markets.

In due course, Inkutsk region has been a pioneer in creating of industrial parks beyond the Urals: 10 years ago the first private technopark appeared here. Today there are two private technoparks, technoparks of Irkutsk national technical research university are situated, creating of one more park on the platform of Angarsk Electrolytic Chemical Combine is being considered.

In a word, the theme is already known and it means that being in a loop of cooperation, production localization, adjusting of successful experience of colleagues and creating mutually benefitial networks is even more important.
