Development Corporation of the Yaroslavl Region is an organization authorized by the  Yaroslavl region government to cooperate with investors to assist them with projects implementation in the region. The Corporation acts as a single point of contact between investors,  regional governmental and other parties within the project life span.  

The Corporation also creates and manages regional industrial parks. There investors may acquire land plots with operating engineering infrastructure which decreases project costs and speeds up project implementation. Existing Novoselki industrial park in Yaroslavl is one of the most successful projects of the Corporation. Two more parks, industrial and agricultural, are currently in the establishment process in the local single-industry towns, Rostov and Gavrilov-Yam.

The Corporation facilitates businesses from around the country to become residents of the territory of advanced social and economic development that has been recently created in Tutaev. Residents there may get access to a range of maximum tax benefits and other incentives.   

During InRussia event, representatives of the Corporation will provide information on the regional incentives for all interested parties and  invite you to Investment Forum in Yaroslavl, that will take place on 14-15 December. At the event you will have a chance to make contacts with  business people from Russia and foreign countries. The Forum schedule includes discussions related to digital economy (the fourth industrial revolution) and cluster policy, attracting of investments, practical workshops, investment start-up projects, support measures. Internationally-recognized speakers are expected to participate.
