This Friday 14 October in Moscow Congress Centre SWISSOTEL Krasnye Holmy InRussia-2016 business conference begins. Gathering of participants and registration is open from 9:00. A conference program is finally confirmed and published on the website http://inrussia.pro/program/ and all declared speakers have confirmed their participation. Registration for the conference is now closed. A total number of applications is more than 400. There are representatives from more than 50 regions of Russia and 18 commonwealths, including Japan, Belgium, Italy, Turkey, France, Germany, Singapore, Romania, Slovenia and others. The complete list of confirmed participants is daily updated on the conference website www.inrussia.pro It is expected that among the participants there is a wide range of industrial companies. The company executives of Renault Russia (a Russian company, a part of Renault Group) will take part in International business conference In-Russia-2016, which will take place 14 October 2016 in Moscow in Conference Centre Swissôtel Krasnye Holmy. Presentation of a Deputy General Director in Renault Russia Tatiana Redko is confirmed in InRussia-2016 business program. The speech will focus on the plans of creating an industrial park on the territory of a Renault plant in Moscow. Association of industrial parks has expressed its readiness, if requested, to provide Renault Russia with methodological and organizational assistance in creating a specialized industrial park. The negotiations are planned to be held at the Conference 14 October 2016, where among the confirmed industrial companies is Schlumberger, Schneider Electric, Alstom Russia, DoorHan, Интерскол, REHAU, Chemieanlagenbau Chemnitz GmbH, ISKRATEL and many others. Renault Russia Renault Russia is a Russian automotive company, which was created as a co-venture of Renault and the Moscow City Government and by the end of 2012 has completely been bought by the French corporation. Renault is the largest investor to an automative industry in the Russian Federation. More than €650 million was invested in automobile production in Moscow for all the period of collaboration and more than €1,5 billion in Russian industry in general. Renault plant in Moscow is a full-cycle plant, where a welding, painting and assembly shop operates. Nowadays Renault Duster, Renault Kaptur and Nissan Terrano (for Renault – Nissan Alliance partners) are full-cycle assembled at Renault Moscow plant. Using capacity of JSC «AvtoVAZ» 2-nd generation of Renault Logan, Sandero and Sandero Stepway is produced. Renault industrial project in Russia presupposes large-scale integration of production. Today a share of Russian auto components in Renault vehicles produced on the territory of the Russian Federation is one of the largest – 63,8 % under the contract signed by consortium of AvtoVAZ-Renault-Nissan-«Izh-Auto» and KAMAZ-Mercedes an agreement on industrial assembly. High level of models localization is reached by wide diversity of stamped elements of a motor-car body. InRussia-2016 international business conference New formats of localization, modifications in the system of procurement and governmental supervision, searching for reliable partners for conducting business in Russia – all these and many other issues will be discussed 14 October in Moscow during InRussia-2016 business conference. The Association is the owner of the Standard of Industrial Park, on the basis of which certification of industrial parks in Russia is carried out. According to AIP a number of industrial parks has increased by more than 80% for the period 2013-2016 (from 80 members to 146). Total investment in creating infrastructure of industrial parks has reached 134 billion rubles (according to 104 industrial parks) and total investment in creating new enterprises totaled 514 billion rubles. Overall ratio of attracted investments in production to the investments in infrastructure, according to aggregate data of this year, has showed even more effectiveness – a number of 1 to 7.5 rubles has been reached.

Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexey Ulyukayev has signed the greeting message to the to the InRussia international conference to be held in Moscow on 14 October 2016 at the initiative of business associations: the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia, the Association of European business AEB , the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce AHK, Japanese Association ROTOBO, American Chamber of Commerce AmCham, the Italian confederation Confindustria Russia, Russian-British Chamber of Commerce RBCC and others. The conference is aimed at the most effective business communication between potential partners - Russian business, infrastructure projects, foreign investors, governments and development institutions. Participants are united by a common target - development of business in Russia. It is also defined in business proram topics: commercial activity in Russia, production in Russia and developments in Russia. As planned by the organizers, the dominant point of conference will benetworking and exchange of contacts between foreign parties and potential Russian partners. On 5 April 2016 the Association of industrial parks held a meeting on the development of agro-industrial park standard. The meeting was attended by initiators of agro-industrial park projects membering the Association, engineering and specialized consulting companies, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, as well as interested organizations. In total, 65 participants from 12 regions of Russia took part there. . Participants discussed several approaches to definition of the agro-industrial park and pre-developed main points based on which the Association prepares the amendments and additions to the existing National Standard GOST R 56301 - 2014 "Industrial parki. Requirements". The main essence of the expected changes as follows: - provide in a separate type of the industrial park - agro-industrial park; - agropark's main difference is possibility to include agricultural land as part of the site; - the goal of creating agroparks is establishment of infrastructural conditions for processing of agricultural products and the placement of related industries, as well as service functions for collective use for farmers; In such a configuration the agroparks will create additional strong demand for farmers crop products, ensure creation of value chains in agricultural areas to reduce costs and risks ща agricultural pdroducers, as well as the infrastructure to become the basis for import substitution in the field of deep processing of agricultural products. It is expected that the consolidation of regulatory standards will open the opportunity for the state support for provision of agroindustrial park infrastructure. According to AIP estimations, provided a comfortable regulatory framework will be organized next years in Russia there can be created up to 30 full-scale agro-industrial parks, which will significantly increase the level of redistribution and added value in agricultural sector. Working group in AIP prepares a draft for the next meeting (expected to take place on 30 June as part of the AIP General Meeting) to implement as amendments to the National Standard in terms of requirements to agroindustrial parks . Association of Industrial Parks in cooperation with the international engineering company TEBODIN prepared and published a new edition - Investor's Guide for localization of production in Russia. In the preparatory work of the publication was supported and provided with materials by Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Industrial Development Fund, Development Fund of single-industry cities, Sberbank of Russia, SME Bank, the Management Company WORLD. The book contains specific information on key steps to be taken by the investor on all phases of the project stages to carry of the localization of production, conditions are analysed for the industrial park and "in the field" placement. There are introduced the selected extracts from the legistation, rules and conditions by the development institutions and offers from credit institutions are directly related to the provision of financial and non-financial assistance to investors on the territory of the Russian Federation . The printed version is published by now only in Russian in a limited edition of 500 copies and distributed among the members of the AIP, facility management companies of industrial parks and regional development corporations of Russia. Later the Investors Guide is planned to be published in English and Korean, as well as partially in Japanese. The material will be distributed among investment community in Europe and Asia through the AIP partners in respective countries. In particular, the material will be offered to members Confindustria Italia (unites about 150 thousand Italian companies), members of the Korea International Trade Association KITA (70,000 members), as well as distributed through the channels of the Japan Association ROTOBO .

Association of Industrial Parks (AIP) in collaboration with the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) held on March 4, 2016 an investment seminar "Opportunities for business development of Korean manufacturing companies in Russia." The event was held with the support and participation of the Trade Representation of Russia in the Republic of Korea. On the part of Korean business in the seminar was attended by over 100 participants. AIP members of the delegation presented the opportunities of industrial parks and special economic zone in Russia, established contacts with potential investors from Korea. Russian participants performed a series of B2B meetings with Korean companies. In particular, representatives of the AEI held a series of meetings with representatives of Korean manufacturing companies operating in the field of mechanical engineering, and specialized equipment. As a result of the meetings, agreements for the promotion of potential new projects of Korean companies in Russia were reached. Industrial Parks Association will continue to develop cooperation with the investment community in South Korea to promote opportunities AIP members, including the plan to organize a series of visits of delegations of Korean business in Russia, as well as to prepare background materials about the conditions of doing business in Russia in the Korean language. AIP also continue to cooperate with the KITA on an ongoing basis, including through the expansion of contacts with Korean corporations.
